2018 TRD Off Road Premium KDSS Fox 2.5, Camburg UCAs, Toytec Lift

2018 TRD Off Road Premium with KDSS. Fox 2.5 coilovers set at 3". Camburg Performance Ball Joint UCAs. Toytec 1.5" rear poly spacers. Toytec 2" bumpstop relocation spacers. Bilstein 5100s. 285/70R17 BFG KO2s on 17x9 Fuel Sledge wheels. My tips on lifting KDSS equipped 4Runners. The front swaybar did not need to be disconnected at all to install the Fox coilovers. For the passenger side (solid mount) I jacked up the driver's side LCA and that gave me enough droop to pry on the passenger side LCA enough to get the coilover in. The driver's side goes in no problem. For the rear I disconnected both sides at the axle. Check out the vids. I also have vids of installing the TRD Pro grille and tube steps on my Youtube page.

Slight rubbing on the mudflaps and front inner fender liner. Removing the mudflaps and slight trimming of the front inner fender liner cured the rubbing.

Dude, truck looks awesome! I have a 15 Off Road Magnetic Gray...would love for my truck to look like that. I'm curious though...where did you get the plastic painted black on the bumpers?

I'm planning to put the Bilstein 5100's all around for my 2017 KDSS TRD Off-road, do you think I don't need to detach the KDSS swaybars either?

you can buy them black or remove them and take to a shop and have them painted. or plastic dip them. or paint them yourself

Yeah, I had one place for Line-X quote me around $250 if I removed them and brought them and one for Rhino liner that said he wouldn't spray them because the plastic is too cheap and will melt under the temperatures the spray comes out at. Im looking at getting some aftermarket bumpers but was looking for a quick option before then.

Thanks! It's the TRD Pro black valance and rear bumper panels.

The driver's side goes in no problem because it has the hydraulic arm that moves. Try jacking up to driver's side to give the passenger side more droop to get the strut in. The Fox's went in without touching the front KDSS.

Fox rear shocks were not available at the time of the order from my vendor.
