Oh yeah, upper (SPC) and lower ball joints a getting sloppy too. Maybe I should just do a SAS instead...

I'll second the SAS. That'll fix all your problems. Easiest mod I've ever done, the computer says I gained a couple mpg and the butt dyno says I picked up quite a few hp as well.

You made it to 200k on stock calipers? Why are you mad, I've owned Ford, Nissan, Dodge and God knows how many jeep calipers I've changed. All well below 200k on the odometer. I'm aware of the issues our runners have and the caliper issue can happen at any mileage. But it can and will happen with any brand. So just fix it with 5th gen calipers and enjoy having 5th gen upgraded brakes.

nah man, not having a bad day. I remember reading a thread you created "my brakes are pulsing, what could be wrong?" and I mentioned there it could be a stuck caliper and there was discussion around that.

Not to be grumpy, in general I wasn't sure why "I have 200k miles on my old truck, i need brakes" is such big news that it warrants a new thread.

What kind of upgrades are reasonable? Better than stock?

punch up tundra upgrade on brakes in the search bar and you get a lot of tutorials and numbers you need to get i would go that route
