There are only two ways:
a second alternator running 24v (2 batteries in series)
Or,
an isolator/topcharger converting 12 volt to 24v to charge a second bank of batteries, again, in series.
I ran this setup to for OBA-- an Oasis HP 1000 that was putting out about 16 CFM at 100 psi. It was just way too fast even for my air-hungry rig (Active air suspension, air lockers, CTIS, etc. all eating up gobs of air)
I pulled the topcharger off after only a few minutes after realizing that it was way, way overkill and just run my compressor off of 12v with the same battery bank now wired in parallel.
It is nice to have a compressor that can do both, but 24v is just too much speed.
So, now I have a mil-spec, ridiculous bombproof quality topcharger that I paid $1000 for sitting in my basement.
So, it is for sale but it is a small, very small, microscopic market for this stuff. Make an offer or come up with an interesting trade.
