255/75/17 vs 275/70/17, True 32" Tires

Here she is! I love the new look and the fact that the tires fit stock. The truck sits noticeable higher now and has a very aggressive stance. It looks lifted without being lifted!

Everything came out better than I expected, and total including gas and mounting the new tires for everything I'm into this set $1140. I've got brand new tires and wheels on my 4Runner, a set of new 265/70/17's, a set of stock wheels and tires, a set of Jeep wheels, and an extra 255/75/17 BFG KM as well. After I sell all the extras (except the 255/75/17 most likely) I'm hoping to break even and have new tires and wheels!

Thanks man! I hope Jeep never stops running these wheels stock, this way I can always pick them up cheap on craigslist! I did steal them at this price. I'm still excited about it!

Thanks! There is no rubbing now. I did have to trim my aftermarket mudflaps a little on the inner side and the inner side of the fender flare that is attached to the bumper. I only trimmed like a centimeter off the flare and about the same on the mudflap. Mine has the larger painted sport flares though so some may not rub at all. These are the biggest tires you could fit stock though without significant rubbing. It looks great like this!

TRD wheels with 255/75/17s

Put TRD wheels with some 255/75/17s on. I traded my stock wheels and tires straight across for the new tires at my local shop. Stock suspension but looks awesome. Whats next?

I might go this route when I look for new tires for my 99 Limited. My new truck has nice Yokahama AT's on it but probably at 50% tread. I love a good deal on CL. :cheers:

My 255-75-17 wrangler SRAs at 7/32" tread rub a tidge at full lock on a 99' limited 4x4.

They ride like butter though! Super happy considering I got all 5 for $160 maple syrup dollars. Which is like $120 usd?
