275/70R16 with a lift?

Anyone have 275/70R16's and a lift. I have to get tires soon and might be able to get a good deal on a set of these. I'd like to get the Tundra/OME906 lift eventually and wonder if these tires would look too small with that lift. Anyone have pictures of a similar setup. I know most run the 265/75's.
