Just put 285 Duratracs on my 2016 Trail. Went with a set of Bilstein 5100s set at the highest setting in the front, and Daystar 1.5" poly spacers in the rear. My speedometer is almost dead on now, and the steering is less "twitchy" than it was when I had the Bilstein set at 1.75" with stock size tires. It's almost like these vehicles were designed for 285 tires.

Did you keep the stock rims? Wheel spacers? Any rubbing.

I have a similar setup. Bilstein 5100 set to max up front but 2" lift in the back. 285 K02 on stock trail rims, no spacers. I just came from 265 duratracs 2 weeks ago. I also have SPC UCAs. I do have some rubbing on the right wheel well on the mud flap. I need to take a heat gun to it this weekend but I only rub if I get off camber a bit. Otherwise, the ride is really smooth but it does feel like it take a bit more to get going. Speedometer is dead on when I pass the speed checker things on the highway.

Stock rims. Stock UCA's. I pulled the inner fender liner forward, then trimmed the bottom of the fender flush with it. I have to go back and clean it up, I was in a time crunch. I'll smooth it out with a pencil sander. I heated up and pushed the liner back a little too since I was there.
