2nd Gen MDX vs 5th Gen 4Runner Limited?

Where did you find the 2010 OEM wheels? I might be looking for another set.
Local acura dealership. Asked if they had any take off rims from the 2010/11 base model. Sold it for $200 each. You can also find some on ebay.
I'll have to try a dealership. We have an '09 with the Sports package (the wheels are very similar in design to your new wheels), but one of them got curbed badly (not me--I didn't do it! LOL) so I'm thinking about either replacing that one or possibly getting an entirely new set from a 2010 model.
I love the black and white pics; only someone who loves their cars takes black and white pictures of them!
Though I love the MDX and have spent some time in my mom's 2010, I am loving my SR5. I have 4 kids (all in car seats) and fit much better in the 4runner. I have a minivan of course for most family transporting though... That being said, I probably wouldn't trade out of the MDX if I were in your shoes unless you have money to burn and want to be different from all the other MDXers out there (there are a ton of them in my area). Good luck though with whatever you decide.

With Photoshop you can turn any color photos into B/W Photos as easy as snap your finger. What i try to say is you don't have to take a B/W film camera in order to have B/W Photo.
No, I used to post on Acurazine, but that was before the MDX. I've owned a CL-S and a TL in the past.
Yeah, you don't even need Photoshop. You can do the same thing in Microsoft Paint.

Later for whatever reason leads me to trade in the future (I plan to keep my MDX for now), this is what I would like (picture sample from another thread)

I know you've already decided to stay with the MDX. However, for your situation, if you did decide to go with a 4R, I would have them install running boards for your kids. My six year old still needs a boost to get in the truck.
BTW, if you were considering going with Toyota, the Highlander is better than the MDX in my opinion. I've driven both vehicles and love the look and feel of the Highlander more than the MDX.

I'd take the Pilot over a Highlander. Of course the Pilot is just the Honda version of the Acura MDX, but it is a direct competitor with the Highlander and it sure seems to have a nicer ride. When we were looking, I wanted the Pilot because I prefer the blocky styling compared to the egg shape of the MDX. But what really won me over about the Pilot is that it is so much like the MDX but with a cheaper price tag. Just as the Camry benefits from it's big brother Lexus version, the Pilot benefits from it's big brother MDX. Both of the "lower" models feel & drive like the more expensive versions.
