V8 doesn't get the plugs changed until 100k

I just talked to him again $429.95 + tax
Oil and filter
Tire rotation
Trans flush
Air filter replaced
Coolant/Antifreeze flushed
PCV valve
Changed the CAT (under warrenty because of the sulfer smell)
He said that toyota recommends the plugs in the V8's be replaced at 60K
What have other people paid for this service? These guys have always been very polite and treated me fairly so I have no reason to question him too much, but I wanted to ask the forum just for my own sanity!

i just brought mine in for the 30k service at 42,500, lol. But i paid 315.89 total after a varible discount. The also did the differential.

I have a 2004 V8 4WD and my 30K was $334.85 (no discounts). Pretty much entails everything you got but they also put on new wiper blades and new cabin filter.

Coolant $20 (2 gallons Dexcool)
Spark Plugs $15.00 (6 OE plugs)
Oil Change $20 (dealership)
Wiper Blades $15
Differential Oil Change (all 3) $12
Seafoam Gas Treatment $5
Lube drive shaft Zerks - Grease and Grease gun
As long as you don't mind spending the time to do it, you can save yourself a few hundred dollars.
It helps to have a place to do it and the right tools. I know that for some people they don't have the tools, location or time to do this themselves and have to pay the dealership, but they charge way too much for the few things they actually do.

I just noticed that the "30,000 mile maintenance" is its own line item charged out at $315.85 (close to what some of you said you were charged). So are they double charging me for the parts and pieces on top of the 315 for the 30K service?

Interesting how this thread illustrates the differences between what Toyota (the manufacturer) specifies for the 30K maintenance (as listed on the web site and in the service booklet) and what a Toyota Dealer actually does for a 30K service. Looks like some dealers need to go back to school to learn the definition of the words "inspect" versus "replace". Based on the 30K service some here have had their dealers perform, the dealers do not know the difference between those two words.
My next service is coming up in about a month. Looks like I will be printing out the Toyota service information from the web site listed earlier in this thread and taking it with me. That way there will be no misunderstanding when it comes to exactly what work I want performed.

Well the more I read here the more I am considering calling the dealership. I have always trusted these guys and actually thought they have been the best service department I have ever dealt with (having had some MAJOR problems with another car I had, Nissan not Toyota). I would hate to think they are doing something on purpose to screw me but it does sound like this issue warrants a phone call to ask the question.
For those of you that paid $315...Did your invoice list parts that were replaced and their cost? Or did it just list it as 30,000 mile service?

I'm in FL so maybe the cost of parts is cheaper. Either way... here's a scan of my invoice... add in a line item for 10.50 for cost of oil and tax and that is the total that I paid for mine. I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules for posting a section of my service invoice.

I'm cynical about these 30K, 50K, etc. checkups . My wife had a Jag once and against my advice dropped $700 on a scheduled service where everything under the sun was replaced or "checked". About two weeks later, the steering was acting a bit funny. When I checked the power steering reservoir, it had about a half an inch of fluid in it. Don't think that happened over two weeks. I think they replace the stuff that can be checked like air filters, oil and filter and then just park them in the corner till you pick it up. Problem is, some of this stuff you can't do yourself.
