3D Printed Fog Light Filler Plate for Rigid D2

This is a project that has been in the works for a while. After seeing some trucks with Duallies or D2s mounted in the fog light location, I decided I wanted to give a go myself. However, I didn't like that all of the ugly molding on the inside surface of the bumper could be seen with the LEDs mounted, so I created filler plates to allow for a cleaner install.

I wanted to wait to create this thread until I had a well-developed, physical prototype ready. Now that I do, here are some initial crappy smartphone pictures:

I still need to tweak the fitment a bit, and I'll be updating this thread as I do.

Any chances you are still making these? If so, how much and will they fit any other brand of square lights besides the Ridge lights?

This looks pretty amazing. If I wasn't getting an off road bumper I would definitely do this.

I do want to look in to making something similar for the '06-'09 variant. I've not seen that fog light assembly in person yet, but from pictures it appears that it would only require a fairly simple addition.

It'll probably be November or December before I have time to design anything, but when that time comes I'll reach out on here and see if anyone would be willing to let me borrow their fog light so I can take measurements.

I might be in Knoxville this Saturday for "the game." I've got stock fog lights sitting in my garage. Don't need them. I swapped them for ones with yellow housings after I screwed up "fixing" the clearcoat.
