3M tape?? And engine heat.

So I've got an emblem I'm wanting to put onto my satoshi grill. I had planned on using the screws that came with the emblem, but the raptor style mesh has to small of holes for the screw to go through.

Next option was 3m tape. My concern is being the emblem on the grill, will the engine heat be too much and affect the 3m tape adhesive?? Any help is appreciated.

Figure where you want the emblem, then open the holes up a bit and use the screws.

Tape won't hold up in the long run on mesh.
