Lol. For sure.

I really wish more people knew about this thread and nominated stuff on their own or other peoples write ups. I can't know ALL what is good and not good. Sometimes I come across a thread and will place it here then every few months I update the main page. But the process world work a lot better for everyone if folks nominated threads, dropping them here for review.

Hi, it is already a sub-sticky in the third Gen section. First you click the thread "must read for New members" and you will see this is at the top.

That's certainly debatable but the current setup is a choice of the mods and it does keep the forum from looking too cluttered. I don't expect it to change anytime soon.

Thanks but you don't need to bump it. This Thread already is a sticky. It is just nested within the master thread which is at the top of the Forum for everyone to click. There are too many threads that should be a sticky on the main page we have the master thread to make things much easier.

Quick question: when buying replacement parts, is there a preferred brand name, like AC Delco, etc

Thanks. It is not as simple since different parts were manufactured by different parts suppliers different years at Toyota. Mainly you want to buy a part that was at one time supplied for Toyota for that vehicle year and exact part. Sounds a bit confusing and how would you know for sure? I buy all my parts from https://parts.camelbacktoyota.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214329

Further questions I suggest starting a new thread in the 3rd gen section or replying to one of the parts threads. Use the "How to Search" sticky to find those threads.
