4RUNIT: what tires/wheels are you running? They're nice. I've been trying to get some HMMWV tires. 37"/12.5 R16.5. I like the way they look. And where did you get and who makes your front bumper?

Here's one more to look at....

I picked up this 2000 sport 4wd about 6 months ago with 98k miles at the local dealership after a year long hunt for the "perfect one". Was in real nice shape with the exception of the 2 tons of dog hair throughout the interior and the stank that came along with it. Come to think of it, between the hair and the claw marks on the driver side door handle, there's a solid chance that a dog actually owned and drove the vehicle.

First thing I did was add the decals and a couple stinkin' TRD badges.









Running boards removed, installed new Kenwood head unit, front door speakers and sub, roof rack, hella lights, painted wheel caps.

Lift and All Terrain tires are next on the list, i suppose.

I just ordered the 2.5 daystar lift, wanted to level it and thought I would bring it down just a bit. Some of you may have seen it on here before. Looking forward to working on it and getting to know some of you. Ready to go on some trails!

Picked up some new buckets online, then the retrofit kit from TRS, worked out a good deal with rickashay on here and he hooked me up.

I've baked the headlights in my '06 Tacoma (RIP) for the black headlight mod but didn't want to risk messing up with projectors. These worked out beautifully - I took some cut off pictures yesterday in the back alley - clean is all I can say!

Ya I noticed that too. He tried to be real hardcore when the camera was around...otherwise he was a chatty fool.

I don't recall ever seeing a photo in here showing 4th Gen wheels on a 3rd Gen 4Runner. I recently did this to my old 'Runner. The tires are a touch smaller than I hoped for, but I got a really sweet deal on them. I'm going to keep my eyes out for some slightly bigger rubber, as I see I have the room (even with the deeper offset of these rims). I like the way this turned out. They're by far my most favorite factory rims for a 4Runner. And it worked well with my "keeping it cheap" theme for my truck.
