Tried the Tundra wheels/tires on to figure out my vibration issue. Looking a bit more stock...

My coworker said it looks better with the 31's. WTF Yeah for the most part it fixed the vibrations. I think my LBJ's and tie rods need to be replaced, but I don't have the cash right now. They don't look horrible, but I like my 33's. Just trying to decide if I want to sell my other set and buy new 33's for the Tundra's, get a used set to save some cash or sell the other set and buy a 1st gen for cheap. I've really been thinking of getting a 1st gen and drop my 3rd back down to stock. Use the money from my tires and lift to get a cheap 1st gen and drop a 3.4 in it. Hmmm....

I'd like to do some more aggressive back country exploring, but as it is......

The dogs accompanied me.

My current tires are not quite set up for more questionable roads...and I was by myself...

This was about the smoothest gravel portion on the 18-mile trek to the park from pavement. There was much worse.

I'm just not too confident of these tires. Next time I'll go for some Treadwright retreads. I hear they have some good selections of treads to choose from.

New here

I am new to the 4runner and new to this site. Picked up my first 4runner a few months back and ever since the discovery of this site have gotten the mod bug. So far not much has been done to it but just saving money for a lift right now.

2001 SR5 4x4

Here is the 4runner the day I got it.

And here she is as of today.

Future mods include a toytec boss or ultimate lift, 4xinnovations front bumper, cbi rear bumper. 285/75 durratracs, and a color change to anthracite metallic
