Hmmmmm ... crap, nope, not working for me. Gah.
I admire your googlefu, you have much more patience than I do. Yeah, I sniffed out some of the local stores, Cap-it included, not the other one(will go this weekend). For whatever reason these places skip over 3rd gen 4Runners. They have everything up to '95 and after '02, but there is a big glaring hole where my 4Runner should be. Go figure. I noticed that you did the "Landcruiser" angle, are those straight bolt-ons or is there jiggery pokery with grinders, welders etc. to get those puppies mounted? If they are good, then that opens up a new avenue of after market parts that I can get my hot little hands on.
The bumper will be phase 3 of my build plan, phase 1 is new wheels, phase 2 is a 2" lift. I'd do it all, and sooner, but the bank of wife would foreclose on my hiney if I spent money like it was growing on trees... mind you, paper does come from... aw skip it, anyways, I got some time to sniff stuff out, but thank you for the leads. Much appreciated. BTW, when my 4Runner grows up, I want it to look just like yours:cheers:
