The '97 will most likely be SAS'd in the future - of that I am almost certain. The '01 is my expedition vehicle so I don't see me changing the highway friendly IFS anytime soon.

Nice, I'm going to remove the front plastic like you did on my '97. The stock bumper just bugs me.

Im making a plate that goes under the current bumper but its going to be really skinny. Im also going to have 4runner etched into it. IMO it should look pretty good.

Got some new wheels and tires this weekend. I've gone through a few set, but this is definitely my favorite. The Duratracs are awesome on the road and very minimal road noise. I can't wait to get them out on the trail.

Yeah they are the FJ 17's. I've always liked these wheels a lot and found a great deal on the set. Thanks, I figured I might as well do something with the emblem than leave it black like I have in the past.

How did you paint them emblem? Turned out real clean, I like it.
