Some pics from uwharrie over the weekend

The Uwharrie is awesome, used to wheel it when I was stationed at Lejuene. Made a few trips with the J-ville Jeepers... even though I had a Silverado Z71 :AK47: I did a lot of recovery, apparently the 5.3L has a little more pull than a 4.0L jeep motor... but rocks arent nice to a stock height long wheelbase lol.

Nice pics though, reminded me of good ole NC!

Southern Cruiser Crawler Superlift ORV last weekend

Wheels got pretty mangled on the Rubicon so it finally got me to paint them. Used the same flat black grill paint that's on the rest of it. I'm loving it!

And I got the new plexiglass window installed.

Wheels look great man. That's awesome you went with the plexi! Definitely need to check it out and get some info from you for when I end up shattering my rear glass.

Nice Runner! How do you like the struts? I am waiting on a set for my new build. Should be here next week. Any tips?

Thanks! Same goes to you. So far I'm very happy with my choice to go with the ORI's. As I'm sure you know as long as everything is setup correctly they work as your sway bar, bump stops, and limit straps. I'm running 90psi bottom chamber and 385-400psi top chamber which gives me about 3 1/4" shaft showing. My suggestion would be to start at 90 in the lower chamber and then add to the upper chamber until you get desired ride height (wouldn't go less than 3" showing if you want a comfortable ride). Feel free to ask if you have questions along the way.

Thanks. Finally got it out on the trail to see how it works out. No deflection or movement at all. Really happy with how it turned out.
