they are just some round headed bolts i found layin around the shop. wanted to keep my flares from coming off and give it a different look.

2001 4x4 4 Runner..
Hi I am new here and new to having a 4Runner. I just purchased this about 3 weeks ago and finally got my posting privelages on here today. But this is a 2001 with only 56,800mi. Now has like 57 or so. I paid $13,000 for it at a local private dealership. I think I got a decent deal cause I looked on auto trader.com and I cant find another 1 like it with low mileage like this. It runs great but it makes a noise everytime I start out on a hill. I hear a noise comming from the engine compartment. Sounds like some kinda pump running for 2 sec. and then stops. But it only does it on a steep hill when pulling out from a stop. I do have the 4 wheel ABS, Anti skid control, and I think traction control on it. I have heard that it might have something to do with the ABS. Do they all make that noise or do you think I have something going bad? Oh and I tested the 4 wheel drive the other day and it also does it in 4 lo and hi. but the only difference is that it does it everytime i pull out not just on hills like in 2 wheel. Well here are some pictures hope you all like!! And I would appreciate anyones input on that noise that I am hearing too!! Thanks..

Perfection! I guess it's pretty much a tie between Kregg and haddix for my favorite rig at this point in time. I don't like the stick on window guards...but that's about it. Lovin it!
