So what do you think about the amount of lift now?

I'm still saying it's 1".

I got 36.5" in the rear of my 1998 with subs and a rack on top.

What size are your tires on your 17" wheels? Also, what is your front measurement? There's a sub and and amp in the back of the '97 as well, I forgot that might make a difference.

Overall though....I guess you're right, and I'm just sort of right. For a '97, it probably is only 1" of lift. For a 2001, it's a solid 2"+. I kinda spaced out of the fact that the stock heights varied so much over the years. Very well known fact...but I still overlooked it.

Just measured.

Driver front: 36.75"
Passenger front: 37"
Driver rear: 37"
Passenger rear: 37.25"

All 4 corners were between 21.5-22" from hub to fender

thanks.. I'm always down for riding. Places are getting a little scarce these days though. A lot of trails are starting to disappear. I remember back in '03 when otter creek you could ride for hours and hours. Now it's all construction and you can't really get a truck back in sparks, across the creek. Sometimes I just gotta go to Hot Springs or Jonesboro if I really want to ride. Where you located at?
