Oh yea!! Its been a great truck, i've slowly done little mods here and there for the past four years but this site has inspired me to do more!

Yeah. I'm really not happy with Obkook right now. You can't just drop pics of a turbo diesel engine in a domestic 3rd gen without some more info on it!

LOL - Sorry about the post and run! Busy Weekend...
I wish there was a better story to tell, but the reality is I paid a guy to put this engine into a "donor" vehicle with good bones but a worn out gasser at 285K.

I do plan on getting a front plate bumper but not anytime soon. I really like the stiff ride only mated up with the stiff 891s in the back. my friend says my truck rides like his eg civic with Function and Form coilovers, haha. i currently have LC coils in the back and i can really feel the difference in stiffness (891vs. LC). im debating if i should sell my 891s but im afraid ill miss them dearly. haha. i would say 882 and lc coil combo kind of sucks but im used to it. its not like im autoXing my truck or anything.
thanx! i love how lifts and tires can make such a huge difference in our 4runners. The 285/75/16 E-load Firestone destination MT is my first MT and i love it, love it, love it. i got them 670 out the door during a Firestone weekend sale. these tires are heavy so i let Firestone rotate and balance them every 5k, for freeeee.
these dont rub with my setup. i also have 1/4 inch spacers from Wheelers Offroad for my front wheels. they will rub the upper control arms without them, fyi.
