Hope so. I intend on taking my first road trip in the 4Runner. Headin home to GA for Thanksgiving. Gonna be sweet! I'll be able to ride all my old trails again. And it will be so nice not being cramped into my wife's Rabbit! We're getting rid of it soon and getting another 3rd Gen.:boink:
 
Ahh shoot, your headin to GA for thanksgiving? Thats sucks lol, Im heading home(Hurlburt) for thanksgiving. What part of GA are you from?
 
Buena Vista it's about 40mi east of Columbus/Ft. Benning. That's funny as hell! Sucks, but funny, I'm heading to New Orleans Friday for the weekend for work. Flying there so I won't even have the 4Runner. Luck hugh?
 
Been lurking on here for a little while, sucking up all the knowledge I could. Finally found a 4Runner a few weeks ago and went to work...

Savage Off-Road front and rear bumpers (Still need to install sliders), 3" Toytec Ultimate lift, 1" diff drop, 891 rear springs & OME Shocks, '95 Land Cruiser rims w/ 285/75r16's, no wheel spacers.

Found a water pump leak, so it's a pump and belt next week. No other major plans for this thing, for now ;):

Here's a quick pic of my '97 out by Jasper, Alberta, Canada. We just did a whirl-wind weekend trip there. Just got home tonight. Did around 900 km's (about 560 miles) total....and she was solid as a rock. Climbed real nice thru the Columbia Ice Fields on the way. Awesome trip....

Those have got to be aftermarket flares because I don't see a side cladding associated with the Limited ones, and Sport flares having curved ends towards the bottom of the doors. They look good, clean runner.:thumb3:

Very well could be. Everything on this runner is pretty much as I got it.

After this mini-trip, I'm very happy with this Toyota. Other than the tires not being the greatest for clean highway use.
