Yes it's privately owned and roughly 150 acres of off road goodness. It was 2.5 hours for us as well but a really easy drive.

Man it was a blast. My friend in the green 4runner is open diff 2WD. He made it through a lot but when the grouped stopped in killed his momentum and he wold get stuck. His lift and tires helped A LOT. He ended up just parking it and riding with me. The old side is 4X4 territory for sure but some parts can be done in 2WD.

We didn't get to ride the new trail system they just opened which is supposed to be more 2WD friendly. They had racing going on so they closed it down for that. Just come down next time we go and we'll get you through if you don't mind getting stuck a few times.

$20 for a day of riding isn't bad. That or Gulches here in SC would be a good place for a local meet.

Some cell phone pics from the other day while I was at work. Mine's the silver 3rd gen sporting the skins plate, the burgundy is an 05' 4th gen that belongs to a lady that works in the office next door to mine. I've always preferred the look of the 3rd gens over the 4th gens, but I gotta admit I dig the burgundy
