Dous, your 'new' skid plate looks a tad bit beat up, but still adds character to your ride. Are those front turn signals the small rectangular shapes on the front where the bumper would be?

Yea the skid plate took a hit! :moping: I am in the process for looking for a new one now, can't afford the Budbuilts

But yes, those are LED square blinkers, I messed up the lower valance on a rock so I took it off and had to keep the blinkers. I wasn't a huge fan of the fat lip bumper anyway!

Yeah, I dislike the look of the fat lip bumper as well. Glad mine never came with it originally, too.

I like the turn signals, but with an ARB bumper, the one I want to get, the blinkers are incorporated into it.

Really digging the truck man, awesome to see it with the ARB on. Since I got OEM corners replaced at the collision center, I kind of like my orange lenses in the bumper. Maybe I'll try VHT'ing them or something? But clears in the ARB would look rough with OEM corners. Yours, of course, matches up very nicely :thumb3:

Are your sliders kick outs?

I like the supra as well. Is it a turbo? My first car was an 87 non turbo. I loved that thing and I've always wanted a '93+

Wrenching Day /Offroading

Yesterday, I removed my decals in preparation for tinting.

Today, BigFishAllDay and I met up and worked on our trucks a bit. He helped me get my B&M transmission cooler in, and we plasti-dipped his emblems. Still need to take apart his front shocks/coils to turn them up a notch.

After we got the work done, it was time for play! The trip was a lot of fun. BigFish is a really cool guy, took his time to help me with my rig and had lots of patience!

He took more pictures and a few videos.

Crappy cell pics, but proud of the progress so thought i'd share. DSLR will come out once its a bit more presentable.

Purchased on Feb 28th like this:

Few evenings adding/removing parts and it now looks like this:

Pillars were messed up, so wrapped them in some carbon embossed vinyl

Wrapped my keyfob too, just for sheyots and giggles:

Stealth pdx-5 amp install:

Sub box (all classic 8w6's) in progress and is now completed. Just need to build the trim panel now to make it look a bit more seamless in the rear:

and just pulled all the excess off for a clean rear.

Just need to sell a few sets of 4x100 wheels, and lift and tires can be ordered. :guitar3:

and anyone have a bluish-silver cargo cover they want to sell? :redbrick:

love that color, nice touches too, chrome definitely had to go over the wheels. the carbon fiber is awesome.

Right back at you, man. I cannot thank you enough for being so patient and for helping me get the B&M in! You really know a lot about these trucks and wrenching in general.

And your 4runner is also GORGEOUS! Couldn't help but stare at it every so often. It did great on the trails too! As I recall, you had to tug me out of a jam. And at least your 4x4 actuator knows it's place on the food chain, I need to teach mine a lesson.

Next time it's Rio Puerco!
