Man, not only are you a lucky guy, but brave too! lol Thankfully I think this forum is mature enough to handle these pictures, but man oh man...some other forums I've been on....we'd have 15 pages of leghumping after a post like that.

Lol x1000 agree. I think in just a few hours this one thread started by some chick on Tacoma World had over 10 pages. That and the real pervs and creeps come out of their holes and start trolling. Hahaha
Anyway..............
Just got my Duratracs and 5 star rims on the 4Runner. Damn tire shop took over a month to get all 5 tires in. Who says that 265/75/16 looks too small with a 3 inch lift?

Looks great man! How did you get your aluminum plate to sit that high? Did you fab up your own mounts like I did???

I just used the OEM mounts that they supplied me with when I got the plate (bought it new from an online seller). I actually wanted the plate to sit a bit lower but oh well. Hahaha
Yeah I think that the 265/75 tire size is perfect for a 3 inch lift. Had I went with 285, I would definitely have some trimming to do. (It's already pretty close to rubbing the front fender flares, the ones attached to the front bumper...also haven't tried flexing it yet to see where else it might rub at)
I went with the Ultimate Lift from Toytec. I got the front 600LB coilovers with OME 890's and OME shocks in the rear.

It's a "for looks" skid plate that came on some 1st gen Tacomas and the 3rd gen 4Runner Sport (02 only) models. A link if you are interested:

Took the afternoon off yesterday to install this...
Went very smoothly for not having installed a car stereo in probably ten years. Best Buy or the local car audio shops wanted to rape me on installation. I got the head unit, amp wiring, amp and sub all installed in just under three hours.
The sub is awesome, a little pre-boxed 10" sealed sub from Pioneer. I'm almost 30 so I wasn't looking for ear shattering - license plate rattling n00b bass, just something more than four 6.5" speakers put out. Sounds really clean, running 200W RMS from the digital mono amp which is the peak of what the sub suggests. Also really like the low profile box and that it down-fires so I don't have to worry about throwing **** in there.
Still need to do the door speakers, should sound a lot better. As I knew I was getting this stereo soon I was passive aggressively pushing those ****ty OEM speakers to the limits.
Deck does handsfree calling with bluetooth and has ipod controls. Pretty sweet!
