Big lift, finally done. OME 890's with 1.5" spacers in the back, TRD Tundra front shocks/coils with 1" top out spacers.

about time man. but hey it looked great without the lift also!

kolbydmc and i went out to san luis pass today. i had a blast (despite that my 2-wheel-drive was temporarily a 4-wheel-stuck)!

33" tires OME 882 front springs with topout spacer, OME 851 rear springs with factory cone bump stops, 2" RB body lift. I like it too. Top of fenders in front 40 3/4", rear 43 1/2".

not the greatest of upgrades but I installed a brand new set of 16" steel wheels that came off a brand new 2011 Tacoma. dunlop 245/75 r16 AT20 Grandtreks. the wheels and tires had 8 miles on them when they came off the tacoma. I got all 4 plus the spare for $300, it was a deal I couldnt pass up. in the pic, my runner is in the shop I work at, I am filling the tires with nitrogen

No I have not. As the front is ifs there is no need to worry about pinion angle in the front unless you move the diff or the transfercase. I am running 1" diff drop same as many others on here, so that leavse no need in the front. Will I have cv problems? I expect so. I will be rebooting with high angle boots when I have problems with them or when I have to replace a cv.

As for the rear axle I do have a plan but honestly after looking at it I really don't think it will be needed.

The way I see it is there always has to be that guy that will push the limits. Why not me? :guitar3::thumb3:

Looking at it wont tell you if you need to adjust. You'll be able to feel vibes in the butt of your seat from the u joints binding. Do you have rear driveline vibes?

No vibes and even with the frame jacked up and the axle hanging at full droop there are no vibes from the driveshaft note I am running the treckmaster shocks same as a number of runners on the forum.

Looks like you got off nicely then. I forgot how much different things are between Wranglers and 4runners as far as angle goes. I'm used to adjusting after just a 2.5 inch lift on my Wrangler because of the super short drive shaft :lmao:

But hell, I am real surprised to hear no vibes with that much lift. More power to ya my man!

Note I'm only. @ +/- 4.5" of suspention lift the rest is tires and 2" body lift.
