3rz Weird Rattling Noise

I recently developed this weird rattling noise in my 98. It sounds like something is rattling inside somewhere, just not sure where to begin looking. Posting to see if anyone has any experience with this sound. You can kind of hear it in this video.

That doesn't sound happy. My first guess is the timing chain. They do eventually stretch and need replacing and at 260k it's reasonable to expect this. Might also be smart to check valve clearances.

I was thinking the plastic timing chain guide might've finally broke, either way, you know where to start lookinghwell:.

I would change the oil and carefully look for metal flakes in the old oil. Could be a rod knock, maybe not tho.
