Check out the BAMF sliders… Jerry makes some pretty badass sliders. Otherwise, I love the Toytec ones BFAD and Toytec hooked me up with. I'm not a fan of the kick out and they work great. Addicted's are real nice too. Marlin's sliders are pretty cool too, and way cheaper.

what's the length?

Looks like all of the Savage sliders are 68" long, according to the Savage website at least. Good to know they won't clear 35s. I was thinking about going with those too.

At full lock and a 1/2" gap to the front tire the back of the slider is touching the rear tire.

I think they would still rub, but I'm not for sure. I figured 2" and I'd be safe.

Toytec's are 60" long, and are in stock, but in my opinion, would be a bit too short if you're actually going to wheel this (which it looks like you will).

My sliders are about 64.5" long, and still too short in my opinion, because I've dented up the body right behind where they end in the rear. On mine, it looks like I still have plenty of room to make them longer, but my KM2s are a small 35, not a true 35.

I originally wanted savage sliders with kickouts but shipping to Hawaii killed me....
Since Hawaii has a authorized dealer for TG in our islands, I ended up ordering TG sliders (I know everyone doesnt really care for them on here, but ah, just giving my opinion) for 150 bucks at 68". I havent bashed on them....yet. I also ended up going with HREW instead of DOM cause I really doubt I'll end up resting the weight of the runner on a rock.

BTW, I seriously cant get enough of this runner, everything just flows so nicely, definitely digging the wheels and 35' s to match

I have the TG dom sliders and have them slammed on with the truck coming off a boulder 4 feet tall and they held up great. Ever since they started making their products in house ive been a fan

Truly Fantastic build! Its always interesting to see an individuals own aproach to their project; and I love the way in which you tackled yours. ie priorities and custom touches. Love it! keep it up :bravo:

Looks like a pretty tight fit! Just cut the ends and reweld them. That's what I had to do with my BAMF sliders.

Yea, I've thought about doing that but I would need to take a minimum of an inch off each side and the tubes are 1 1/2 or 1 3/4, it doesn't leave much. plus they are already powder coated and I don't want to strip and recoat. Or try and match the silver with spray paint. So I'm not sure that's the route I want to go.

It'll probably be cheaper to do what [MENTION=58830]JWaldz[/MENTION] suggested rather than starting from scratch or buying new again.

EDIT: If you plan on hitting your sliders as well, just match the paint with a spray can or brush or whatever the best you can.

Yea it may be cheaper but it won't look as good and it might compromise the strength of the sliders. I would have to remove at least 3/4 of the tube front and back. So I'm not sure what to do yet.

I'm guessing they won't take a return?

I really like the Toytec sliders, and they measure 60", but they're $$$. *NEW* 3rd Gen 4Runner Rock Sliders

I would doubt it after a 3 stage powder coating.
