4R Fuse Question

Here is a pic of the fusebox under the steering wheel on the left. I have found 2 unused sites that are hot with the engine off that I am going to use for an auxiliary 12v outlet with a 10-15A add-a-circuit fuse.

It is unlabelled and nothing about these sites in the owners manual.

Anyone know what they were meant for, just want to verify the amperage I can draw?

The FSM via alldatadiy.com for a 2008 V8 SR5 shows that exact fuse box layout.

The wiring diagrams are system not fuse block related. I'm guessing, and someone else is probably a lot smarter than me on this, that they have been left open for aftermarket stuff.

In terms of what you can run, that will be based on the gauge of the wire. Anything you put in will obviously require popping the block to get behind it.
