Silly me. I'd just go to Home Depot and rent one of their $20 an hour F250 flat beds.

AFAIK you have to buy lots of heavy stuff at Home Depot to get to rent their trucks.

Nah, the rental of the truck is a separate contract. You rent it and then go about your business wherever that is. You could haul a pig to the BBQ in one and they wouldn't know or care (unless you brought it back with blood all over the bed).

Looks like it was very thought out and well built. My only real thought is that instead of designing, building, assembling/disassembling, and the general hassle of the setup, you could have just rented a trailer and then spent the extra time you saved drinking beer. :biggrin1:

Not a problem with the beer - drank plenty of beer while designing and building it - just in case that wasn't obvious...
