not sure what method he used to keep the crank from spinning. he finally answered our calls this morning and tried to tell us that he didn't break the bolt off in there. when my bf responded that he did, and he left the head of the broken bolt sitting on the battery when i picked it up, he fumbled and said, oh that bolt. what an idiot. i'm sure he has screwed over other folks. because i don't have much free time to fiddle with it, i took it to a toyota dealer thinking they could give me answers faster than i could, but they've had it for 3 weeks now and still haven't looked at it. they tell me tuesday. i'm so fed up with mechanics right now. and now my 7.3L f250 won't start. what gives!
