Darker all around.

15% over the factory rears, and 2 layers of 15% on the front two to best match the color and darkness of the rears. It's dark for sure, but I love it.

Looks great, might be a little dark for me but definitely worth considering, thanks for the info.

I purchased some diamond fusion from a local glass company- they make custom doors/windows & glass for stuff (patio tables, etc...) Anyways, you can buy a full bottle for around $75 and that'll get you enough diamond fusion to coat about 20 windshields. You apply it just like the RainX window de-fogger. It's pretty good stuff. You can drive through a heavy rain storm and not even need to use your wipers! Also, snow/ice does not stick to your windshield. Having said that after using both the Rain X version and the diamond fusion I would say the diamond fusion lasts about twice as long but you still have to re-apply it.

I wouldn't pay a dealership to apply it. Buy it yourself.

Looks awesome, unfortunately if I went that dark in NY I would risk getting pulled over just for the tint.

I would like to have my done though in GA you cant have anything lower than 32%. So I may just get the front windows done. I assume that the factory tint has a greenish hue to it? Now for others out there with "Tint Knowledge" what shoukd I look for when researching to get tint done? ie brand, type, etc.. Also is there a type that matches the hue of the factory tint. Last time I had some tinting done was my 2001 VW Eurocamper, man I loved that vehicle. I did look around a bit and some where using a combination of tints to achive the hue.. But maybe some better solutions out there?

I can tell you the 35% I had installed on the front windows match in opacity but not in hue. The factory tint is a bit more on the blue side and the 3M tint (Not Crystalline) is a bit more on the grey green side. Here is a pic from the day it was done. Not sure if it comes across in the image.

Looks good. Always tricky to match the color and darkness. I've always had good luck with Llumar film.

I concur with you, I did the same thing (try to match factory tint). Definitely a different hue (w/3M). I am going to change this before summer, go a little darker. It is too light for my preference, and I dont like the difference in hue.

Looks fun, can't wait to see how it looks with the rack. If you can do you mind posting a picture of your canvasback liner? I'm planning on getting one when mine arrives but haven't found many good pics. How are you liking it so far?
