4runner TRD Pro

I prefer having the sliding cargo tray. I use it almost everyday.

I could take it or leave it. On the plus side if I decide I need to go all out and add drawers/fridge, etc. . . Goose Gear makes a flat platform to replace it. Truthfully I don't see myself ever going further than maybe the fridge and some easily removable storage boxes, so maybe the tray is a benefit for my use.

Do any of you have a Cement 4R without the sliding cargo deck? I've had my name on 3 Cement 4Rs, but they've all been equipped this option. I have a 2015 Inferno without the deck and much prefer this setup.

Curious if anyone has one without? Or perhaps Toyota is just building them this way at the present?

Back seats don't slide but they do recline.

i have had mine a couple weeks now and just saw your inquiry. my stearing wheel has a nice leather feel to it, not plasticy. if it doesn't seem right to you i would ask the dealer to check they ordered the correct one.

Who here has gone with larger tire sizes? Specifically 275/70/17 and 285/70/17.

I know that 275/70/17 is supposed to fit without rubbing, but I could have sworn I read someone say 275s rubbed on their TRD Pro (something about the backspacing of the rim).

I also could have sworn I read/saw something about the port doing the modification most people do to the fender to get 285s to fit.

I just put BFG KO2 275/70R 17s on stock TRD Pro rims. No rubbing whatsoever.
Adding Toytec 2" lift tomorrow.

Today I decided I wanted a TRD Pro Cement before June/July timeframe that my local dealer told me. I looked at all the dealers in a 800mi radius, and started at the top to text/call and inquire about any available 4runners.

The first one texted back saying they had one available. I was boarding a flight. I put a deposit down through texts, saw pics, got VIN, and am scheduled to take delivery this Saturday.

Today was a good day.

Damn! Not a bad price considering the markups on new ones. You have to wonder how someone managed to rack up so many miles, though? If I drove 35,000 miles a year, I probably wouldn't have chosen a 4Runner TRD Pro as my commuter car.:wtf: Press test vehicle maybe?

I've got a 16 with 32K miles, IMO its the best vehicle to put mileage on! my 2004 had 300K on it when I sold it. They don't stop.
