aaaaaand.... this guy.

same thing that happens to EVERY thread...and juts like every thread, it will get back to subject soon enough, don't get your panties in a wad so easily.

Few more pics for those asking...

Also, headlights are from DDM Tuning's website. Ordered two sets of H11 35w 6000k HID's. One set for the low beams and one set for the fogs. Because the fogs are in reflective housing, not projectors, I'll likely just use those off-road. They are a bit too bright to run on the road. I've attached a pic with the fogs on too, after a bath from a day in the woods.

Channel Drive on DI! Sweet rig man.

First time poster: I'm seriously considering a TRD Pro, I notice another thread asking how much each owner paid for their vehicle. I contacted a few dealers in my area and they all said around ~42k + tax, title etc. What are you guys paying for your vehicle?

Most are asking MSRP, a few have gotten them a bit lower, some areas want over MSRP and won't accept deposits. Only 1,500 of them in the USA (500 in each color) for the '15 year model, so not much incentive for dealers to negotiate. No one in our area wanted to come down below MSRP, the inventory manager stated he was going to mark ours up by $3,000 if it made it to the lot (we put a deposit down in advance). Happy hunting.

Put a $1,000 deposit down and paid MSRP. When I first talked to the dealer I bought my Tundra at, he told me they would mark up the Pro $2,000 no question, even as a returning customer. I talked to a few other dealers and finally found a no bs salesman that knew a thing or two about the vehicles he was selling.

Paid MSRP

Out here in MD I paid MSRP including roof-rack cross-rails and rigid running boards ($42,487.37). The dealer wouldn't wiggle on the TRD Pro (a small $37.63 unknown discount) but they didn't mark it up either so I feel it wasn't extreme. I am a horrible negotiator on these things and I wanted the truck so bad...I only waited 18 days from the day I walked in to inquire about a black TRD Pro to the day I drove home with it.

Other forum members have been able to negotiate down but I don't think for anything less than MSRP for a Trail Edition Premium unless they happened to work for Toyota.

Good Luck! Still loving mine every day I get in it!

Sounds close to my agreed-upon price. I used a discount service available through my company, "Corporate Perks" or something like that (it is actually TrueCar under the covers), to lock mine down. Others have negotiated harder and gotten under $42k. At the end of the day, as with any car, it varies by dealer, timing and your efforts.

Good luck with your search!

Wow, did not realize the low numbers for USA. Glad I got mine. There can not be too many more floating around for much longer I would not think.

AZ is the place to be. A few of TRDPs have been sold for under MSRP and more for MSPR. I got mine for $41K + TT&L. Not huge discount below MSRP, but I am happy with that given the nature of this vehicle and the situation. I had a $1000 deposit on it since May 2014 and a pre-order in on July 8th, 2014.

According to my dealership, it will be here sometime tomorrow or Friday.
