Lol, because you had something constructive to add based on your real experience. I too have been using K&N's in my vehicles for as long as I can remember. This includes 4 wheeled vehicles and Harley's. I have never had one problem with them at all and I do like what I'm getting for my money. I think they work but that is just my own opinion. I'm very sure that there have been people that had some sort of problem and there is no telling why. I have seen over oiling like wfo9 said and I could see this being a problem because that stuff could go somewhere. Never happened to me yet though and I've cleaned and oiled a lot of these things. I also agree with wfo9 in that if I was playing in the dusty desert or maybe lived out there I might be using a normal paper filter. The filter debate will go on forever just as the oil, intake, and blah blah blah debates will also. To each his own.
