2017 TRD Pro - Cement Arrived

New to the 4Runner family, but have been doing research on T4R for over a year and appreciate all the input. Happy to say that my new rig came in early, just have to go pick it up. Looking forward to new adventures and build advice. Aloha!

Haha! My girl didn't like the white. I like that storm trooper look!!! I think cement is unique and might help future value as it's a one year color. Can't wait to go get it and get to work!!!

When did you place the order? Make sure you post up some pics after you take delivery for those of us who are "waiting":biggrin1:

You will be glad you went Cement in the long run. It's a unique and great color.

I have a white Trail and I see a ton of white trails, sr5s and TRDPros in Los Angeles. It feels like they are all white.

Hope you got a good deal in Long Beach - did you go to Cabe by any chance? Best dealer experience I've ever had.

I had talked to them last May or June and they were great. The problem is that they are small and don't get much allocation. So was hard to figure out when I could get one. You know the deal with SoCal dealers on pricing and they were the only ones I talked to that priced at MSRP.

I ended up finding a dealer out of Texas that has been great to work with, and obviously got me the one I wanted pretty early. Added bonus, saving around 4% on taxes.

Good plan.

Never thought I would be going out of state to buy a vehicle.

Here's 2 more pics from the dealer. I have to buy a flight out to Texas to get it. Hopefully in the next week. Will be nice to break it in on the drive back to SoCal.

I placed the order back in July. They still didn't have color codes or real info, but placed a dealer request for a "sold unit." Purchased out of state because SoCal dealers are out of their minds.

The guys I went with were one of the few dealers I spoke with who were knowledgeable about TRD Pros and the process of getting one. I also guessed that with Toyota's presence in Texas (they make the Tundra there) that they would be one of the first to get them.

Since West Coast is seeing initial deliveries, does this mean we can expect Gulf States soon?

I am in SoCal but my order is in Texas, and I have to fly out and pick it up. You should see Gulf Sates now/soon depending on where you are. They shipped mine through Houston. Hopefully you'll see them soon.

If you're looking for a TRD Pro and haven't ordered it yet, you can expect to wait a few months because people are already in line. Most TRD Pros are shipped as sold units. You may get lucky if someone backs out of a deal. Good luck to you!

Our dealership just got a cement TRDPRO Tundra and stickered at $47k. I think the owner just traded in their 2015 black TRDPRO and the dealer wants 45k. I think I will go new in the future. Bad picture but had to get one of the new color

I may have missed it, but what did u pay, MSRP?

Last update from my dealer on my deposit I placed late last month was:

- My order is in
- He doesn't have a production date yet
- He says early Feb we should see the first ones rolling into Houston
- It will be early to mid february at the EARLIEST for me

After reading through the last part of this thread with the dealer communication with other potential buyers makes me roll my ****ing eyes at Toyota and how their dealers are treating their Customers. What a joke
