My dealer told me the MSRP is 43,340. That is with the $940 delivery fee.
Is yours different? I am in Wisconsin.
I would think they would be the same.

That sounds about right. Some areas have predetermined installed options that could increase the price. The destination charge should be the same for all regions.

I was able to get it without any added options except the sliding cargo tray. I plan to add aftermarket goodies so didn't want factory/dealer installed options.

Hey Everyone!

Congrats to everyone that owns/or ordered a TRD!

My question is to those who have ordered a TRD in the past.

How late in the year do you think I could order one and actually get one?

I ask because my plan is to trade in my VW TDI(emissions scandal) late this summer and add some cash to make my payments reasonable. Originally, I had been planning on getting a used 2016 Quicksand(which I am not opposed to) but if I could work a deal/pay MSRP I would be interested in a '17 Cement. I figure the way TRD's are holding their value I might be better off with a new vehicle for not much difference in price, a potential lower APR and no worries of what the previous owner may have done.

Anyway to find this out through Toyota? How long should I expect delivery to take if this would be even possible?

Would be willing to travel pretty much anywhere in the country and drive home or have it shipped.

From my experience allocation was slim by this past July. Most were already spoken for. I would plan to get on it prior to the summer. I didn't see any new ones out there past August.

Toyota of Fort Worth has the only one on the ground.

Unfortunately they posted it to the website, but that one is mine...

Dealer called me and told me someone had posted it and they have had a bunch of interest off that mistake. I'm flying out to pick it up next week. Been a long wait.

My cement came in last week but have to fly out to pick it up. Unfortunately I can't leave until next Friday. Hard waiting knowing its been there for over a week...

As for California, you will have to go pretty far afield right now to find one. I found one after calling the 6th dealership on my list. Most are only slated to get one TRD PRO in the initial push.

That's about the highest I've seen. I know a dealer in Ventura, CA sold one for 54k this past summer. When you have $$$ I guess you get what you want. Bay area money, and someone will buy them for sure. Crazy....

You just have to look out of state in any direction and you can secure one for MSRP. Just get it in writing and pre-order.

True, and they don't know how many (if any) or what colors they will get on the next round. Larger dealers have more of a chance to get additional units. I went through this last year and learned to pre-order and wait. Good luck in your search!!! Just make sure the people you are talking too know what they are talking about.

Yea - Cali is ALL bad! Which is funny - since we probably need the 4x4 less than most of these other states on the day-to-day. I can;t imagine paying 10k over. I guess you have it...just seems crazy.

Hey guys just put my down payment on a 2017 Pro in Cement today!!!....got a way better deal out of state! Here in GA every dealer was either telling me to pay sticker plus fees, taxes, etc. or they were adding another $2500 to the sticker and then tacking on all the fees and taxes. Sorry GA dealers I'll be heading up to NC to pick up my new baby in a few weeks!

Does anyone back east (and I mean anywhere other than CA) know of any dealers with a red TRD Pro that are selling for sticker? Hamer Toyota here in CA got one yesterday but those loons want 10k over sticker for it. Seeing as most of the buzz on these forums is over the cement color I figure I might have a better chance at getting the red color I want. Had a cement 2013 FJ TT, like the color but ready for a change. Please PM if you have leads and thanks ahead of time for the help.

NP...I will check with them and see if they can give me a hard date that it will be on the ground here. I know the feeling having to talk with these dealers, I've had to deal with 2 others locally, one that was completely clueless and the other that just give me a bunch of BS.
