hey guys - I know this has been brought up...but when the windows are all open including the rear one... and you drive on the FWY - the small of the exhaust really gets sucked into the cabin. I think some people have figured out solutions. Any of you guys know a good side exhaust option maybe?

Anyone have pics of a TRDP sitting stock but with the Spidertraxx spacers? Would like to see it's stance from different angles.

If this was 2.5 years ago, there was a brief moment I could take pictures for you. Ended up putting a 1" Cornfed on because it rubbed a little more than I liked. Spacer lift cleared that right up. Also, sorry for limited/awful pics (iPhun). Only 3 pictures I could find that were taken within the time I only had the Spidertraxx on.

Side windows don't even have to be down, I notice it whenever the back window is cracked by itself. Happened on my 2014 Limited as well as this.

If you plan on upgrading the exhaust you can ask them to have it turned out to the side. I am planning a turn out when I get my Borla exhaust installed. I've talked to a few people that have done this and it helps but doesn't solve the problem completely.

As far as factory... I don't know if you have an option. Maybe someone else has an idea.

even my 2005 FourRunner had that ammonia smell with the back window down when you accelerated. I ended up getting a side exit exhaust setup and it helped considerably. It sucks that the smell is still there, the back window feature is one of my favorites and I feel embarrassed to have it down when people are in the truck as they must think I have bad gas.....

I just cancelled a deposit in Texas. Not sure if the dealer has another buyer lined up already or not, but it's probably worth a call to Eric Bruns at Don Ringler autos in Temple, TX. Last time we talked he didn't have a firm date, but thought he would be getting it in about 6-8 weeks.

When I bought my quicksand, the finance guy tried ti sneak a warranty in implying it was included! When we were going through the various finance options, he didn't even present the option without the warranty. I knew about the standard 3yr / 36k factory warranty, and had a nagging feeling something wasn't right.

Luckily my brain was working well that day and as we were approaching the final invoice I realized the monthly payments added up to waay more than I should have been paying (nearly 2500 more!). I might have bargained him down to somewhere in the middle if he hadn't been so shady about it, but I 100% declined and made him redo everything. He sure wasn't very talkative after that!

He said his monthly payments added up to that amount. Meaning that was the total, not $2500 each month.

A similar thing happened when my wife and I went to purchase her VW. The finance guy was really friendly until I noticed almost $800 that he had added on and made it seem like it came with the car. After I called him out on it he definitely wasn't very happy.

The inclusion of the "more!" inside the parenthesis following the 2500 implies that the 2500 is in addition to any amount that was expected. If it added up to 2500 total it should read:

Nitpicking would be harping on the fact that a dollar sign was not present in the original post even though it is not necessary to understand that the poster is referring to money.

What is not inconsequential is the amount extra that [MENTION=148869]Lindenwood[/MENTION] found out he was going to pay. 2500 on top of the regular note is a huge amount. Even 2500 total is a huge amount more to pay for warranty and the note. I am curious to know if it was a typo or accurate information.

Posts that have no value are the ones where the poster resorts to name calling as a tool of communication.

The fact is your post had errors as well so you should not be throwing stones. I don't mind calling you out as I see fit, the shoes fits. Own it or lighten up.

So I saw a lot of people are doing the blackouts. I personally dont like the chrome either. But didnt like the black on black. So I bought em and painted them Barcelona red.
