WTH....they deleted the pictures and increased the price to $49383. That's a $6k increase overnight.
Dealer websites are automatically updated as they receive their inventory. That means the price you saw was automatic based on MSRP. From there the dealership can modify as they need. I bet they never had any intention to sell for MSRP.
Supply and demand - west coasters have high income and more people so there is a higher demand. Supply is fixed so to curb the demand you raise the sales price. Teslas that cost over 100k are a dime a dozen in Cali. A 50k 4runner is practically reasonable.

Well for that price they can keep it. When the 17 Raptor came out they were asking 10,000 over sticker here, I said no way, they said ok how about 5,000 over, again I said no way. I told them I was more than willing to pay msrp for it but not a dime over and gladly kept my 65,000 and ordered my TRD Pro instead. Seems to me that the smart people on the west coast travel to get their TRD's and those who like to throw money away pay over. I like having the lasted greatest just like the next guy, but I won't be ripped off to have it.

I dont disagree that most people should look further away. But not everyone has more brains than money. NYC was impossible to get a TRDP as well so I went to the burbs in MA to get mine.
How many pros are they making? By color?
Not sure by color but toyota website under FAQ says 3000 4runner trd pros to be made
2017 trd exterior is no different from 2016 or 2015. Interior differences are 99% same except 2017 has trd stitching on headrest and faux carbon shift plate cover.

Check the FS thread on top, i thought i saw someone selling.
I had a cummins that was tuned and deleted. really thought id miss it but so far I don't. miss the speed but that's about it.
That means out of the more than 110k 4Rs they sell per year, less than 3% are TRDPs.

it's not totally clear, but from previous years it around 1,000 per color per year. White being available every year.

The Bushwacker will fit, my buddy has a '15 TRD Pro in white (@beanspiller on instagram) and he has them on his rig.

one small difference on the exterior is that they added the TRD Pro badge to the lift gate.

I'd love to see some hard numbers as to how many Pro's were built for each production year and the color break down by year.....

Me too. I have seen a ton of Pros in the DFW area in all of the colors except red and cement. Some may have been clones, but not the orange and quicksand.
