Congrats!! Great find on the unicorn... I have been searching, and it's slim picking's especially for a cement. So whats the consensus? Are most of you guys paying above MSRP. I know out west it's common, but here in the midwest it's unusual to buy above MSRP even for the rare hard to find vehicles.

Keep checking cars.com everyday and someome will sell you one for msrp. They aren't that hard to find. I found 3 in the last couple years pretty easy. I'm in ohio also and i didn't have to drive far at all. I did get all mine for under msrp but the thing is i would have paid msrp. These trds are selling for over msrp used. I don't understand why a lot of people on here won't pay msrp. 99 percent of all vehicles you drive off the lot lose thousands immediately. You could buy a cement and sell it for what you paid for it in a couple years more than likely.

Being in Southern CA, any local dealers with a Pro that was not pre-sold were selling at a mark-up ($5k-$10k). I called every dealer that posted a Pro on Autotrader, but I found that 95% of them were pre-sold/special ordered, but their inventory gets automatically uploaded to Autotrader and their web sites. That was frustrating as hell...
Eventually I found a Cement Pro on Autotrader that wasn't pre-sold. It was also exactly what I was looking for (no options, no sliding cargo deck). All it had was the all weather floormats, so the MSRP was only $43,609. Dealer doc fees/title were only $190 (seen some dealers charge $500-$800 in BS fees). I got it from Wilson Toyota of Ames Iowa for MSRP. I'm arranging shipping as we speak.
I would call Ryan Pervier at Wilson Toyota to see if he can help with your search. Also try calling Dean at Toyota West in Ohio. Dean told me they had about 20 Pros coming in and all but one were pre-sold. The available one was Cement and should be coming in in a month or so. It's been a couple weeks, so it may be sold by now. But it seems Toyota West gets a ridiculous amount of Pros compared to other dealers, so you may find luck with them if you can wait. Dean would do MSRP, or possibly $500 under if you finance through Toyota. Tell Ryan and/or Dean that Brian B. sent you.
If you need to have Cement, and you find one reasonably priced, pull the trigger. It will only get harder to find later in the year and dealer allocations are getting fewer and fewer. I'm sure you know, but 2017 will be the only year for Cement. Good luck with your search!

Even at $500 under, i'd still have to pay for shipping - which would negate the savings. But at least I'd have one... decisions decisions
Yeah, but what's your alternative to get one that doesn't require shipping? Nor Cal dealers are better than So Cal dealers when it comes to mark-ups, but it seems unlikely to find one locally.
Before tax/registration, my Cement TRD Pro is $44,749 after MSRP, dealer fees, and shipping. Shipping from Iowa to California is $950. Considering the market for a Cement Pro right now, I'd say that's not bad at all. I think the key would be to find a vehicle with limited options. The price of just a few options that you may not want/need are near the cost of shipping (sliding cargo deck, remote start, etc.).
If you can find a Cement Pro for $500 under MSRP (even if you have to pay for shipping) and you don't jump on it ASAP, you likely won't ever end up with one unless you get very lucky.

That's the one I mentioned in my post... It's actually $51K....MSRP $45392. 6K markup?? No thanks. Also, they drilled the front bumper to put on the front license plate bracket..That alone is a reason not to buy that one.

Yea, I really like the thing. I drive a 98 2WD and we test drove a new one last weekend and both loved it. There was no (TRD PRO) to be had here in Houston or any where close that were sticker so I had to make the 1k trip.
FYI this is my wife new daily I'm still driving the old battle axe.

Agree. Mine was $45,837 MSRP and got it while it was in transit from Japan. Even if I had to pay shipping within the continent I probably would have gotten it.
