4Runner Trunk Cargo Cover?

Hello, I just registered as a new member here so I'm not sure if I posted in the correct section of the forum.

I have a question regarding the cover which can pull out in the trunk to cover so spectators on the outside can't see anything underneath the cover. I was wondering what the name of that cover is called?

Also, I pulled the cover all the way out but I can't reel it back in as easily, it gets stuck like mad. Is there a way to easily reel it back or is my cover just defected?

Oh yeah, one last question, If I were to purchase a Hood Protector, what is the average price for one and how would I install it?

The cover is called a "tonneau cover." Mine is easy to reel back in. Not sure if yours is defective as you don't provide any details of your model, so we don't know if it's new, or just new to you.
