[4Running Daily]

So lately I've been working on cleaning the up the exterior of the 4Runner. It has been taking a serious beating out in Arizona with all the sand I've been driving over. The sliders have basically been sand blasted and were rusting. All the wheel wells were disgusting.

Things I've done so far:
1) Beat the firewall in with a 5 foot sledge hammer to clear for 35's
2) Coat the front wheel wells with gutter sealant to make sure water doesn't seep in.
3) Coat the rear wheel wells with undercoating to clean up the look
4) Wire wheel sliders to bare metal, prime, and paint
5) Clay and Wax paint

Things left:
1) Vacuum interior
2) Paint front bumper
3) Paint skids
4) Oil Change

I've also been working on a side project, painting those FJ80 wheels I picked up a while ago. They're the same color as my 5-Stars even though they look lighter, it's the lighting. Finished one today:

Where do you rub in the rear? With my 255/85's I only rub on the bumper.

Hawaii in Summer of 2015 this time. Rim swapping will not occur, I'm planning on purchasing 35's and mounting them on the LC wheels down the road. The 5 stars I'll keep with the 255's for now and figure out a plan for them later.

I don't think ASU was trying all that hard. I'm glad Kelly is gone now.

Where do you rub in the rear? With my 255/85's I only rub on the bumper.

I rub the tub haha. I can stuff my entire tire into the wheel well and it rubs on the body under where the bumper is and the actually tube of the well. It's starting to take a toll on my tires.

Probably just extend my bumpstops and call it a day haha. Focus more on down travel then up travel. Honestly not too much you can do about that.

I am still trying to get to the Matterhorn myself, but bills keep getting in the way.

By far my most favorite vacation I've ever taken.

Turn Signals were $15 from AutoZone.
Total Investment in Retrofit was $220 (Kit) + $100 (Headlights)= $320

The Retrofit. I have the FX retrofit deal, have never put them on, and have a buyer lined up to sell them, yet have had the Denso ballasts in my 4runner since you were a junior in high school and want to put some newer lights in there. Some projects never seem to get done.

Wow, as a freshman that sounds like a load of academic scary :scared:

Just wait until matrix algebra. At least linear has loads and loads of vectors. I have a buddy (math nerd) who teaches both at Brown University. Those kind of numbers are not for me, that is why I took the blue pill and remain aloof to it all.
