4Th Gen Chat Thread

Think I've decided the route I want to go with my T4R. Hopefully I can build a build thread this weekend and then actually do a little 4runner building next month...

I just noticed today that my steering wheel is squeaking. It sounds like it's the plastic cover of the wheel rubbing the plastic cover of the steering column. Has anyone else had this occur? I am going to take the covers off this weekend and see what I can do to get it to stop. Very annoying as it does it even with very minor movements like from bumps in the road. :frusty:

wnelax04sr5 Nyc-Runner Guys, my apologies.. I just got off the phone with the actual company, they adviced me that the part number(eBay auction I linked you guys to) is ONLY for the fronts... Again my apologies..

THESE are the correct ones for the rear:

does anyone else have serious anxiety attacks when someone else drives your 4runner?

NOPE, only ones that have had that privilege, I know how they drive.

They all know I drive for a living, and they don't want to screw up.

Now that my daughter is getting at the age to where I will have to teach her,
:pray2: that I won't get that way.

Ha! I let my fiance drive mine the other day because I had to check her MINI out. I called her a lunch to check on my 4Runner!
