Steve Ganz at Carson Toyota got them for me from overseas. I haven't heard of any domestic options. The part #s are somewhere in my 4ROTM thread linked in my signature. They fit "like-a-glove". The change jiggling back and forth is a little annoying, but other than that I like it. Still haven't found a mini pen for my pen holder, but I like having it there so far.
