What kind of headlight covers are these?

momo, good question. They sure are weird. In the lower left hand corner, it looks like it says IPF......which I think is a brand in Japan or a line of parts that a larger company carries.

i think it's actually a tint they put on the headlights and not a cover.

I think it is a cover because you can see the four brackets holding it on.

Could those be LEDs and not brackets? Probably not, but it was something that went through my mind. What's the yellow all about?
