4th Gen Paint Job VOTE

OK - I'm not great at photoshop. I really want a paint job, which color do you think looks best?

I'm kinda diggin the green, especially the side profile. Not as common, and looks tough with the black accents

You don't like your Pacific Blue? I dunno if it's what you had in mind but to me your Charcoal looks like Shadow Mica minus the green flecks. And your Navy looks like Galactic Grey. I'm partial to either the grey or silver myself. But most of the aftermarket paint jobs I've seen are pretty crappy. They don't look as good as factory paint and there's always over spray. Have you thought about wrapping it? Here's a thread of a guy that wrapped his:

Dude keep the Pacific blue. Its a nice color.

Paint job is suuuuuuch a waste of money. A good complete paint job is like 7 grand and that's outside only.

Spend that 7 grand on

I dig the green. An older member that hasn't been around for a long time- Good Times- had a green 03. Here's his website for his totally bada@@ 4Runner- Chaos Edition. His came green before they discontinued it halfway through 2003, at least that's what he said.

I say go for something out of the norm. If or actually when I get mine repainted I am going for a sunburst orange or yellow.

But of the colors you have shown I say Charcoal.

I was also sad to have missed out on the color I wanted (Navy/dark blue) when we bought our Runner. I like the Driftwood Pearl we ended up with, but if I were getting a paint job, I'd go with that forest green color all the way. I love that color and it looks awesome on the Runner. Also, that is the only color (of the 4) that aren't stock, or close to stock options.

i voted for silver. I have a black 4Runner and I know that a dark color 4Runner is very hard to keep clean.

I didn't see what color the interior was, but that would play into my decision on exterior color. That said, I like the charcoal.

actually, i knda agree on where your money should be budgeted... With paint only a small issue, i'd be putting my money into other things, unless it really is that big of a pain for you

3m wrap is a better way to spend. Since you have a desired color already, it would be great as resale
