Sorry to go off course, but what steering wheel is that? It looks nice and comfortable + perforated. I just picked up an 07 Sport and my wheel looks nothing like that.

That would be your bumper "cover" that is messed up.
I'm surprised the reflector is still intact!

you might want to pull the bumper... You might need a new bumper, and a plastic bumper support piece that sits underneath the taillight.

Dobinson C59-675V variable rate rear long travel springs. Ride great, won't fall out on full flex with long travel or extended travel shocks, and give 2-2.5" of lift on a 4th gen. (will work on 5th gen for 3" of lift too).

and I'm in Portland (97202). I havnt even bothered to look at the price of new replacements for these things...are they as expensive as I would imagine them to be?

Not even. The set of both is less than $30. Finding the part number was the difficult part. I can't find it on my phone, but if you need it, shoot me a PM and I'll get them for you when I get home.
EDIT: Here are the part numbers: Left side covers are: PT278-89060-LC Right side covers are: PT278-89060-RC. Each is a set of front and rear covers. At Partznet.com they are $17.76 per set.
