For anyone who visits Freeman Park 4WD beach in Carolina Beach, NC (also known as the North End) or especially plans to camp there this year there are new rules and prices. Don't just show up and expect to camp, there is a reservation system now, you can be turned away !! Here is the new website for all the info and reservations.. have a great year, don't trash the beach.. I live here !!
