4x2 to 4x4 conversion?

Never! Believe me the thought has crossed my mind, BUT, we have owned this thing since it was brand new. All the places it has taken me, it's sentimental value at this point.

The other thing to think about is all of the maintenance items that I'm sure you have done (brakes, fluids and such). And you have a good idea of the condition and care for the rest of the vehicle.

My 4runner has over 200,000 miles on it and I would/do drive it around the country without thinking twice. If I bought a rig with 200k on it, that would be a different story. It would take some time and money to get that confidence back.
