5th-gen 4Runner reliability - let's get better stats

I have not signed up yet with my 4Runner but with my Ridgeline I did and was a member of their forum for 5 years. True delta came on and asked us about participating (several years ago)and several did so. I never got "spammed" nor did anyone else for that matter that I know of and when I unsubscribed that was it...no issue.
We've updated the our reliability stats for the 4Runner (on our redesigned site) to include owner experiences through September 30, 2011.
Repair frequencies, in terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year:
2011: 19, very small sample size
2010: 20
Both are better than average.

It means that a group of 100 vehicles required 20 repairs. Not quite what you said because some had two or more repairs.
I originally wanted to do repairs per vehicle, which would have been 0.2 (in this case). But feedback was that many people have trouble understanding decimals.

That seems like a big jump. I wonder if it's because 2010 year T4R's are now five years old and probably never had a repair done in the first 4 years (other than regular maintenance) or if this indicates some sort of issue that only pops up after 5 years. It is still rated as moderate, but one of the main selling points of a T4R is reliability, so moderate isn't good enough.
Let's see what happens with the next update. Could just be random error, which is more likely when the sample size isn't large. More participants would certainly help.
