Nice video guys. Keep up the good work! For anyone thinking about getting Total Chaos don’t second guess it. Well worth it! I have rebuilt stock arms several times with energy bushings and moog ball joints. Just get Total Chaos and call it done and done. Superior design and very easy to maintain

What are the weight differences between these LCA models? Versus stock too... Weight is everything on these rigs, but tradeoffs can be made for strength, longevity, etc...

Standard Series LCA weighs in at 32lbs
Race Series LCA weighs in at 19.6lbs
The factory control arm weighs around 16lbs.

One thing to keep in mind is the construction of the TOTAL CHAOS Arms. Our Standard Series is 1/4" & 3/16" steel and our Race Series is 4130 chromoly.
These are a tiny bit heavier, but much stronger than stock!

Just replaced the corroded stock LCAs with these. Great on-road handling thus far, and really tightened up the steering. Can't wait to see how they do in the dirt.

as long as they moved the mounting point up higher on the LCA i don't see it being an issue ( it's a whole 1" extra of travel). the problem is on the stock lca's we are moving it farther from the frame when we lift the truck. someone needs to make a relocation bracket...hint hint.....
 
It just seems like that bushing is already a weak point, I'm just guessing that when you upgrade all the other bushings and ball joints, then add travel, that the KDSS bushing would get blown out pretty quick.

I'm surprised no one has made an upgraded bushing or some kind of modified mounting point.

weld a piece of 1/4" plate to the bracket, bolt that to the LCA. extended to make up the distance from being lifted. lol
