5th GEN REAR RIGHT SIDE NOISE

I noticed just recently about a month after getting 5100's installed a noise coming from the right rear side of my 4R whenever I hit a bigger bump. Is it because its missing these brackets that hold it up? I attached some pictures and will be calling the place that installed the lift.

I doubt you're missing those clips but it's possible. What kind of noise are you hearing?

I am missing them the pic with the clips is on the left side and my right side is missing them.

It just sounds like a clunk noise like something's hitting something once it comes down from whatever I bump or curb I roll off of. I noticed the chains hanging from the spare wheel but I highly doubt that's what's making the noise.

Sounds good yeah I'm curious if everyone has them on both sides of their 5th GEN. I'm surprised I did not notice it when they completed the work.

I didn't have this issue at all until about a week ago noticing the noise so hoping that's just the issue.

I have kdss. The lines all run on the driver side so the clips won't be on the passenger side.

Never mind than you do have it as well, thank you for the pictures.

My next guess is could be the rubber bushing? They had to shave it down a but to get the nut to bite on at the top? Maybe it was shave down too much.
 
I know believe me it I was in shock to when he called me and told me it couldn't get a bite on it because the length was shorter on the bilsteins than the stock suspension.

We even called bilsteins and verified with them the part numbers and everything. I'm trying to find old pictures I took when they installed them so you could see the difference.
 
So I tested it one more time while driving and anyone have an idea?

If I go slow making a turn just even going into the driveway it almost sounds like a clicking noise.

Either the wrong part was installed or it was installed incorrectly (actually it was installed incorrectly if they had to shave down the rubber bushings.)
 
Well it I got the 5100 for the rear and he even showed me at the shop... With the rubber bushing the nut couldn't bite on it, the regular suspension on the car was longer and it could fit the rubber bushing and had plenty of space for the nut.

Is it possible it's just a defective part?
